With experience spanning account-based marketing, strategic planning, rebranding, digital transformation, and enhancing customer experience, he brings both big-picture vision and meticulous execution to every project. Known for thinking outside-the-box, he thrives at turning complex ideas into clear, engaging campaigns that deliver real results - especially those that integrate innovation, sustainability, and technology in the ocean sector. Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, he is equally at home brainstorming bold ideas as he is analyzing data to uncover opportunities. 

Eduardo grew up in Brazil, where the ocean has always been a part of his life’s backdrop - from the sound of waves on family trips to the endless horizon inspiring adventure. After living in Perth, Australia, and now Nova Scotia, he’s experienced the ocean from three distinct shores. Eduardo enjoys walking on the beach, collecting shells with his family, and watching the tide, proving that his “meetings with the sea” are just as important as the ones on his calendar.
